Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 Pounds Chicken Breast Cut In Strips
- 2 Medium Onions, Sliced
- 1 Can Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 Can Tomato Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Teaspoon Celery Seed
- 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
- Ground Pepper
- Salt
Quarter chicken and sprinkle with plenty of salt and crushed black pepper. Place in a large skillet and on medium high heat with vegetable oil. Add sliced onions and cook until chicken is tender, about 15-20 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, oregano, garlic salt and celery seed. Bring to mixture to a roaring boil.
