Chicken Chili

Chicken Chili...a great chicken recipe to try !

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts Halves
  • 2 Cans Great Northern Beans, Drained
  • 2 Cups Chicken Broth
  • 3 Jalapeno Chile Peppers, Minced
  • 1 Can Green Chili Peppers, Chopped
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Oregano
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Fresh Ground Cumin
  • 1/4 Teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 1/2 Teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
  • 2 Medium Zucchini, Sliced
  • 1 Cup Fresh Corn, Drained

INSTRUCTIONS
Take the chicken and set aside along with the zucchini and corn. Now take the rest of your ingredients and place them in a slow cooker. Now cut the chicken in half and add that to your slow cooker, spoon the broth over the chicken. Cover the slow cooker, cook on low heat for 6-7
hours. During the last hour add zucchini slices and drained corn. Stir gently till blended. Remove the chicken pieces, shred using a pair of forks or tongs, and return to cooker. To make the chili thicker mash up some of the beans. Garnish with Cheese and chopped cilantro. The chicken recipe is ready to serve...great taste. Enjoy !
